The organization was established in September of 2002. Linda Shaffer (Founder) attended a Village Board Meeting to present a feral cat problem within the Madison County area. She left the meeting needing more evidence. Operation Wild Cats was established, and is providing services to many families and the feral cats they are caring for. The organization has receives food, money and supplies from monetary donations that have come from individuals and businesses throughout the area. We are the only feral cat program in Madison County and are seeking any support to make the organization a success.
